The hotel's location was fantastic, being close to Gloucester Road tube station made it easy to explore the city. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The bar area was especially nice, with a decked outside space surrounded by trees. The room was a good size and had recently been refurbished, giving it a modern feel.

The best aspects of my Easter getaway were the helpful and friendly staff. They went out of their way to assist us. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with easy access to key attractions and public transportation. Plus, the complimentary coffee and tea in our room was a nice touch.
It was a struggle to fit our luggage and move around comfortably.
